For those in crisis, you really want someone to learn the tools and skills to recover from an episode and manage what they’re going through, so they ideally don’t need a therapist long-term. Under the Sanitas Health model, as they progress out of crisis and the clinical need is no longer there, they can transition to work with a coach. Behavior change is hard. We need that social support, so the coach can be a really nice accountability partner.
